IT Administrator

Position Summary

The IT Administrator at Al Maraya Cars & Bus Rental is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing all IT and digital infrastructure. This role ensures that technology works securely and efficiently to support daily business operations—covering fleet management systems, reservation software, communications, office devices, and customer experience tools.

  • Technical Issue Resolution

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  • User Support & Training

Provide assistance to employees on system usage, software applications, and basic technical procedures, often including training and guidance.

  • System Maintenance

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, backups, and performance checks on computers, servers, and network systems.

  • IT Asset Management

Track and manage IT inventory including computers, printers, routers, and software licenses, ensuring compliance and availability.

  • Security Monitoring

Help monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls, to protect company data and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or proven relevant experience).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT/System/Network Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Office 365, network routers/switches, and security solutions.
  • Knowledge of business/reservation systems and basic database management (experience with auto rental/fleet systems is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
