ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Help Desk team. You will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations across our organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or IT Administration
  • Bahraini national (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, user management, and network administration
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT support tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from end-users
  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Perform system maintenance and updates
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset management
  • Support company IT infrastructure and security protocols
