ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Help Desk team. You will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations across our organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or IT Administration
- Bahraini national (Required)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, user management, and network administration
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT support tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from end-users
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform system maintenance and updates
- Document issues and solutions for future reference
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset management
- Support company IT infrastructure and security protocols
