Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for users, including, Remote support tools and on-site support.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers and software, including applying, Operating.
- User Support & Administration: Set up workstations for new hires, manage user accounts, and provide training on, IT policies and software.
- Documentation & Inventory: Maintain detailed records of IT equipment, software licenses, and inventory, tracking assets and documenting, technical processes.
- Security & Backups: Ensure, Antivirus protection is up-to-date and, perform regular data backups
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (VPN, LAN), hardware components, and Office applications.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications: Often requires or prefers, CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- Soft Skills: Strong, communication, problem-solving, and patience when assisting non-technical users.
