We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Assistant (Fresher) to support our IT operations. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and basic network administration.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems and networks

Provide first-level technical support to staff

Install and update software, manage user accounts

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Maintain IT inventory and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and adapt
