Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Assistant to support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to staff and departments. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support
- Provide basic hardware and software support to staff
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot system, printer, internet, and networking issues
- Assist users with technical problems and system usage
System & Network Management
- Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Assist in system updates, backups, and antivirus management
- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment and accessories
- Support in CCTV, biometric, and related technical systems (if required)
IT Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and assets
- Coordinate with vendors for technical maintenance and repairs
- Ensure proper setup of systems for classes, meetings, and events
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical records and issue logs
- Report major technical issues to senior IT staff or management
- Assist in preparing IT-related reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and internet troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and LAN configuration
- Understanding of system security and backup procedures
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Compensation:
Salary (Negotiable based on experience)

Monday to Saturday
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
