Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Support the setup and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network systems.
• Troubleshoot system and application problems, both remotely and on-site.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories).
• Ensure systems are regularly updated with security patches and antivirus protection.
• Support email accounts, user access, and password resets.

Salary: Up to 30,000.
Location: Location: 1st Floor, Plaza # 12, Hadi heights, Canal Gardens Main Rd, DD-Block Dd Block Sector D Bahria Town-Lahore.
Timings: 5:00 PM-2:00AM.
