Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Maintain and update IT inventory and records
• Support network setup, LAN/WAN connections, and printers
• Ensure data backup and system security
• Assist senior IT staff with daily operational tasks

Requirements:

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers/switches)
• Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and general troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field
