IT Business Analyst - Insur tech

We are a healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through innovative tech solutions. We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Software Analyst to join our UAE team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to define operational objectives and gather requirements.
• Design software solutions, including workflow charts and system capabilities analysis.
• Develop and maintain technical documents (SRS, BRD, SDS) and user manuals.
• Recommend process improvements by identifying issues and designing new procedures.
• Ensure system security by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Provide help desk support and train users.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and prepare progress reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations by attending workshops and networking.

• Software design and development
• Documentation and process improvement
• Software testing and quality assurance
• UML diagrams and technical writing
• Project management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Must be based in the UAE
