IT Cum Admin Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

IT Support:

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, printers, networks).
  • Manage user accounts, emails, and basic cybersecurity (antivirus, backups).
  • Assist in ERP/software onboarding (e.g., QuickBooks, AutoCAD licensing).
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues (e.g., network downtime, software glitches).
  • Propose cost-effective IT upgrades (e.g., cloud storage, VoIP systems).

Admin Duties:

  • Oversee office supplies, vendor payments, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and travel logistics.
  • Streamline documentation/filing systems.
  • Optimize vendor/utility management for cost savings.
  • Support HR in onboarding / off boarding (IT setup, asset retrieval).

Requirements

Selection Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Business Admin or related.Experience: 1-2 years in IT support + office administration.Skills:

  • Hardware/network troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Active Directory, basic ERP systems.
  • Problem-solving attitude + fluent English/Urdu.
  • Microsoft/CCNA basics, ITIL fundamentals.
