IT / ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with strong experience in ERP system implementation and management. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s ERP system and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP system implementation and deployment.
• Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules.
• Coordinate with departments to gather system requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
• Manage system data migration, testing, and updates.
• Ensure data security, backup, and system performance.
• Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
• Maintain overall IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Experience with School/Business ERP systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of databases, networking, and system administration.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ERP customization and reporting.
• Database management (SQL).
• User training and documentation.
• Project management skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in ERP implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
