IT Estimator

We are seeking an experienced IT Estimator with a strong background in construction or interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for IT systems related to construction and interior fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders within deadlines
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
• Maintain cost databases and project records
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an IT Estimator
• Proven experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, ELV, low-current systems, and related standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a related field
