Union Developers is hiring a dedicated and experienced IT Executive to join our Head Office team. If you're passionate about IT operations and love solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware/software issues.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and services.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and IT policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
