• Strategy Development: Create and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee, install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement measures to protect data, ensure system security, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage IT budgets and allocate resources for technology projects and initiatives.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, such as system upgrades or migrations.
• Technical Support: Provide support to internal departments, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing IT team.
