Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely response and resolution to end-user requests and incidents.

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, switches, routers, Miktotik ,and PF Sense etc.)
• Oversee the performance and security of LAN/WAN networks, servers, and backups.
• Monitor system uptime and network connectivity.
• Manage firewall, switches, and VLAN configurations.

Maintain data security, access control, and system integrity.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV/NVR/DVR systems.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT operations or system/network administration.
