IT Executive – ERP Implementation & Support

Job Description:

Direction School is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive with expertise in ERP implementation and support, preferably within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems across school campuses to ensure smooth operations and data management.

Candidates with additional IT support and system management experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ERP systems across multiple school campuses
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users
• Coordinate with vendors for ERP customization and updates
• Train school staff on ERP usage and best practices
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain documentation of ERP processes and workflows
• Support overall IT operations when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems (school ERP preferred)
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
