IT Hardware Officer (Night Shift)

Location: Lahore (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

About the Role

ScaleUp is hiring IT Hardware Officers for their Lahore-based client to support hardware procurement and sourcing operations. The role involves vendor communication, pricing research, inventory documentation, and coordination with logistics teams to ensure continuous availability of IT components for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Source IT hardware products from approved vendors and marketplaces
• Conduct price research and vendor quotation comparisons
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
• Maintain inventory logs and product availability records
• Support incoming hardware inspections and quality verification
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams
• Maintain supplier relationships for improved pricing and fulfillment
• Report procurement status and updates to management

Requirements

• Understanding of IT hardware components (laptops, PCs, GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, accessories)
• Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
• Basic procurement workflow knowledge
• Pricing, quoting, and Excel-based cost comparison
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Attention to detail for documentation and QC

Tools & Software

• MS Excel / Google Sheets (required)
• Email & documentation tools
• ERP or inventory software (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Minimum: Intermediate education
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT hardware procurement, sourcing, distribution, or trading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
