ROLE PURPOSE

To lead government and institutional sales while ensuring 100% compliance with procurement, tendering, and regulatory requirements across Pakistan.

This role is mission-critical—focused on tender success, institutional credibility, and zero-defect documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Government & Institutional Sales

Lead engagement with:

• DGDP
• Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS)
• Teaching hospitals
• Government medical colleges
• Public sector healthcare institutions
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with:
• Procurement officials
• Hospital administrators
• Evaluation committees
• Support sales team in institutional deal closure (not retail selling).

2. Tender & Procurement Compliance

Review all tenders before submission to eliminate:

• Disqualification risks
• Documentation gaps
• Specification mismatches
• Ensure strict compliance with:
• PPRA rules
• Tender SBDs
• Evaluation criteria
• Oversee:
• BOQs
• Catalog submissions
• Certificates (ISO, CE, FDA, DRAP where applicable)
• Maintain tender calendars, submission checklists, and audit trails.

3. Inspection & Evaluation Readiness

Prepare AMG for:

• Technical evaluations
• Sample inspections
• Factory inspections (local/imported)
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to ensure:
• Specification accuracy
• Packaging and labeling compliance
• Act as AMG’s official representative during inspections and evaluations.

4. Internal Controls & Governance

Establish SOPs for:

• Tender preparation
• Compliance checks
• Document version control
• Train sales and tender teams on:
• Procurement discipline
• Institutional communication etiquette
• Enforce compliance culture across AMG.
