Business Development Manager – Tenders / Government Sales

i. Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Automotive / Technical / Health, government sales, public sector tenders, or institutional business development.

ii. Strong hands-on exposure to PPRA rules, government procurement procedures, tender documentation, bid preparation, and compliance requirements.

iii. Demonstrated track record of handling ministries, autonomous bodies, state-owned enterprises, and large institutional clients.

d. Key Skills & Competencies:

i. Tender analysis, costing, and proposal management

ii. Contract negotiation and post-award coordination

iii. Billing process and AG office coordination

iv. Excellent understanding of processes of Government Departments

v. Strong liaison and stakeholder management skills

vi. Sound commercial and regulatory understanding
