IT Help Desk Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing IT support team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 0–1 years of experience and a strong passion for technology and problem-solving. A candidate with basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist end-users in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and commonly used applications.
• Monitor, track, and respond to incoming support tickets based on assigned priority levels.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software under guidance.
• Document support tickets, resolution steps, and end-user interactions in the helpdesk system.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and permission changes in Active Directory.
• Help maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.
• Follow standard operating procedures and support best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 0–1 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk or related technical role (internships count).

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (7/10)
• Understanding of computer hardware, peripheral devices, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, printers/scanners, and remote desktop tools.
• Knowledge of basic command-line utilities and Windows administrative tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Net Salary: 7,000 EGP
• Shifts: Rotational shifts
• Employment Type: Full-Time
