IT Manager

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a BCS in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT controls, Outlook emails, ERP systems, maintaining the website, and overseeing the overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT controls, ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols.
• Oversee Outlook emails and ensure smooth communication channels within the organization.
• Manage and administer the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, ensuring its efficient operation and providing support to users.
• Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring its functionality, security, and user experience.
• Monitor and manage the overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in IT controls, ERP systems, website maintenance, and overall IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
