IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional based in Doha to lead and manage our organization’s IT operations. The role involves overseeing computer systems, networks, telecommunications, and data security. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing IT infrastructure and services
• Supporting and maintaining internal hardware, software, and network systems
• Administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.)
• Leading website updates and supporting social media in collaboration with Marketing
• Ensuring data security, backup, and compliance
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing IT support across departments
• Managing IT assets, supplies, vendors, and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 2–5 years of IT operations experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and IT systems
• Experience in network administration, IT security, and infrastructure planning
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
