IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to manage and oversee the company’s complete IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in IT hardware, software, data security, ERP/CRM systems, cloud platforms, and IT operations, with the ability to ensure smooth, secure, and cost-effective IT services across the organization.

Software & Systems Management

1) Install, configure, update, and maintain all company software and systems.

2) Manage ERP, SAP, CRM, and other business software platforms.

3) Ensure all software is licensed, updated, and secure.

4) Monitor system performance and resolve software-related issues.

5) Manage cloud-based accounts, data storage, backups, and access controls.

Data Security & IT Governance

1) Ensure data security, confidentiality, and backup policies are implemented and followed.

2) Protect systems from viruses, malware, and cyber threats.

3) Monitor and manage servers and system access permissions.

4) Develop and implement IT policies and SOPs for company-wide compliance.

Hardware & Infrastructure Management

1) Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, networking, Internet devices).

2) Perform basic hardware repairs, troubleshooting, and issue identification.

3) Manage Windows installation, upgrades, and system formatting.

4) Oversee and monitor CCTV camera systems and IT surveillance infrastructure.

5) Ensure smooth network connectivity and system uptime.

Vendor & Cost Management

1) Handle cost-effective procurement of all IT-related equipment and software.

2) Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, purchasing, and maintenance contracts.

3) Maintain inventory records of all IT assets and equipment.

Support & Operations

1) Provide technical support to all departments as required.

2) Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT-related issues.

3) Plan and recommend system upgrades aligned with business needs.

Requirements

1) Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2) 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.

3) Strong hands-on knowledge of:

· IT Hardware & Software

· ERP, SAP, CRM systems

· Data security and server management

· Cloud-based platforms, Internet, and accounts

· Windows OS installation and troubleshooting

· CCTV monitoring systems

4) Experience in vendor management and cost optimization.

5) Ability to draft and implement IT SOPs and policies.

6) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

7) Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT tools, software, and security practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
