We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with expertise in Oracle Simphony and Oracle NetSuite to manage the implementation, integration, and optimization of both systems in our Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical aspects of system deployment, ensure seamless integration, and manage ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on Oracle Simphony and Oracle NetSuite .
  • Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and post-deployment support.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, including POS, inventory, and financial management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Experience in training staff on new systems and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to define project scope and meet deadlines.
