I.T Network Administrator

Progatix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to lead the management, optimization, and security of our growing IT infrastructure.

• Manage and maintain overall network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers.
• Administer and support WDA network systems and related services.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot point-to-point wireless links for stable connectivity.
• Manage and maintain IP telephony systems to ensure consistent and reliable voice communication.
• Provide desktop and laptop support, including hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, latency, and security issues promptly.
• Implement network security best practices, updates, patches, and access controls.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, records, and equipment inventory.
• Assist users with technical issues and ensure smooth daily IT operations across the organization.
• Participate in planning and implementing network upgrades, improvements, and new technology deployments.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT networking or system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network security, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with IP telephony and desktop support.
