Job Title: IT Network Engineer – Helpdesk & Remote Server Management

Location: Lahore (Remote operations for USA-based Medisure)
Department: GIS – IT Services
Schedule: Total 12 Hours Shift, ( 3 Hours will be paid additional), 6 days/week (Sunday off) | Rotating evening shifts every 90 days

About Us:

MediSure, operating in the USA, provides IT frontdesk and helpdesk services for healthcare and enterprise clients. Our services are delivered under Genx Integrated Systems (GIS) in Lahore, with a focus on reliability, security, and customer support excellence.

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced IT Network Engineers who are fluent in English, have strong networking and server management expertise, and can provide world-class remote support to our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first-line IT Helpdesk support for users (e.g., password resets, user account creation in Active Directory, healthcare systems such as Cerner, etc.).
  • Provide remote server administration and monitoring, ensuring system uptime, performance, and security.
  • Manage network design, setup, and troubleshooting for client environments.
  • Perform routine checks on server applications and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support software and hardware configurations, patches, and updates.
  • Document issues, solutions, and maintain proper IT service records in ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with the US-based IT operations team for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in network management and server management.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP).
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routing & Switching).
  • Remote access tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (client-facing).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear solutions.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, etc.) is a plus.

Shift & Work Structure

  • 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday).
  • Sunday fixed off.
  • Rotating evening shifts on a 90-day basis (flexibility required).
