I.T Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, maintaining network and hardware infrastructure, and providing timely technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Ubuntu).
• Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues.
• Maintenance and monitoring of networking systems.
• Supervision and upkeep of DVR systems and security cameras.
• PTCL exchange management and related IT services.
• Supervision and maintenance of computer labs.
• Managing e-resource purchasing and allocation.
• Allocation and management of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, etc.).
• Creation and management of official email IDs.
• Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bio-metric machines.
• Performing any additional IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and computer networking.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems (DVR & cameras).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
