IT Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Officer to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with computer systems, networking equipment, and end-user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems
• Configure and manage email accounts and email clients
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot WiFi routers, switches, and basic networks
• Handle connectors, adapters, cabling, and wiring for IT and network setups
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assist users with basic IT-related issues and system usage
• Ensure proper functioning and security of IT systems

Key Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong knowledge of Windows installation and configuration
• Experience with email configuration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and networking devices
• Strong understanding of connectors, adapters, and wiring
• Solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of other computer systems and peripherals
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Education & Experience

• Graduation in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant IT certifications (preferred)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
