Responsibilities
- CRM Monitoring & Support
- Monitor CRM systems for performance and availability.
- Provide end-user support and escalate critical issues as needed.
- ERP Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for ERP systems.
- Assist users with access, error resolution, and general functionality issues.
- NVR (Network Video Recorder) Support
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NVR systems.
- Work with surveillance teams to ensure system uptime and data security.
- Network Printer Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers.
- Resolve connectivity and driver-related issues.
- Datacenter Support
- Perform physical and remote support for datacenter infrastructure.
- Monitor hardware, software, and environmental conditions.
- Linux System Administration
- Manage Linux servers including user accounts, permissions, updates, and system health.
- Perform log reviews, backups, and patch management.
- Windows System Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and servers.
- Provide user support and ensure system updates and security compliance.
- OpenVPN Support
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot OpenVPN for secure remote access.
- Ensure encryption and connection stability.
- Vicidial Support
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Vicidial systems.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, SIP connectivity, and agent desktop problems.
- Router Configuration & Support
- Configure and maintain routers, including firewall settings and routing rules.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure internet connectivity.
