Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and operations in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT projects, from planning to execution.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration.
• Experience with IT project management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in IT security principles and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of Omani labor laws and regulations is a plus.
