IT Project Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, clients , vendors and maintaining a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily office operations and ensure all systems (IT, security, and utilities) function seamlessly.

· Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain office files, documents, and records (both digital and physical) in an organized and confidential manner.

· Create and maintain reports, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.

· Review and understand all ICT tenders, RFPs, and requirements, collaborating with vendors, consultants, and the team for timely submissions of proposals.

· Visit client and vendor offices regularly for official tasks.

· Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and external stakeholders.

· Address and resolve queries or escalate issues to the appropriate departments.

· Maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, and service providers.

· Assist with project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and reporting progress.

Skills and Competencies:

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

· Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.

· Familiarity with IT systems, procurement, and vendor management is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO250.000 - RO350.000 per month
