IT Project Manager

We are now seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology initiatives that drive business performance and customer excellence.

Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across RSL’s operations. This includes ERP systems, digital platforms, automation, cybersecurity, and data-driven solutions. The role requires proven expertise in managing complex IT projects within the UAE, with the ability to align technology initiatives to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget.
• Manage system upgrades, ERP (ePROMIS, Odoo) implementations, and integration projects across departments.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, Sales) to ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with UAE data security and IT governance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements for IT solutions and services.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including project status reports and ROI assessments.
• Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within IT operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, ideally within transport, logistics, or enterprise sectors in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (ePROMIS, Odoo, or equivalent), IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dirham IT projects and delivering business impact.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
