IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ATS records.
• Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT job roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
