Position: IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (junior to mid-level).
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).
- Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (either from an agency or corporate setup).
- Familiarity with technologies and IT roles (e.g., SAP , Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine.) and ATS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in volume hiring or niche technology hiring.
- Knowledge of technical screening and basic understanding of tech stacks.
- Exposure to campus hiring or contract staffing is a plus.
