Position: IT Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (junior to mid-level).
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (either from an agency or corporate setup).
  • Familiarity with technologies and IT roles (e.g., SAP , Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine.) and ATS tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in volume hiring or niche technology hiring.
  • Knowledge of technical screening and basic understanding of tech stacks.
  • Exposure to campus hiring or contract staffing is a plus.
