Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in an agency or corporate setup).
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,382.71 - ₹38,209.05 per month
