IT Recruiter

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Education: Post-Graduation preferred
Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year in Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen IT candidates via job portals & social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate end-to-end hiring process
Maintain candidate tracker & database
Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
