About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter to join our team and support our domestic hiring operations across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT positions (requirements gathering to offer negotiation).
Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for various client requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports in an organized manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, QA, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
