Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the North American markets, focusing on mid-size to enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted consultant by assessing client needs, proposing tailored IT solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Drive outbound lead generation through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and networking while leveraging CRM tools for pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives to build brand presence and client engagement.
- Prepare proposals, sales orders, and client presentations with a consultative approach to solution selling.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales KPIs, providing regular performance and market insight reports to senior management.
- Liaise with operations, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the North American region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or an IT-related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven IT sales experience in North America, preferably with enterprise-level IT services exposure.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of North American sales culture, buying cycles, and competitive IT services landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., ZohoCRM, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive, self-driven, and consultative mindset with strong business acumen.
