Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvements or new product development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, highlighting key features and benefits of IT hardware and software.
- Educate clients on how the company’s products and services can enhance their business operations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT hardware and software products.
- Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware (e.g., servers, networking devices) and software (e.g., cloud solutions, ERP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Mumbai region.
