Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvements or new product development.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, highlighting key features and benefits of IT hardware and software.
  • Educate clients on how the company’s products and services can enhance their business operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT hardware and software products.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware (e.g., servers, networking devices) and software (e.g., cloud solutions, ERP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Mumbai region.
