We are seeking an IT professional with leadership qualities to manage and support our day-to-day technical needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both software and hardware issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company. Familiar with Windows, Office, and email systems.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly

3. Manage user accounts, emails, and system access
