What You Will Do

• Monitor and maintain all IT systems, networks, and equipment across the resort.
• Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain workstations, POS systems, servers, and guest-facing technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and Four Seasons standards.
• Support daily backups, software updates, and maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and software support.
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and training of team members on basic system usage.
