Job Description – IT Specialist

Job Purpose
To ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations supporting fintech systems, digital platforms, and business applications, while maintaining data security, system availability, and regulatory compliance in line with SECP requirements and best industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across offices
- Install, configure and upgrade systems, software and devices
- Monitor server performance, logs, patching & resource usage
- Maintain IT inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, network devices etc.)
- Manage LAN/WAN, switching, routing, VLANs & VPN connectivity
- Configure & maintain firewall rules and internet security
- Implement and monitor data backup plans & disaster recovery
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and access control rights
- Supervise helpdesk team and ensure timely ticket resolution
- Assign, track & escalate IT support issues as per SLA
- Conduct user trainings for systems / new tools
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding (emails, access provisioning)
- Maintain CRM Users, email accounts
- Coordinate support with Dialer / CMS vendors
- Manage vendor relationships (ISPs, hardware suppliers, other service providers)
- Assist higher management on new project planning and rollouts
- Prepare and maintain network diagrams, SOPs & IT documentation
- Support compliance requirements (audit, ISO, internal policies)
- Evaluate and recommend hardware/software as per business needs
Qualification & Experience
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or regulated environments preferred
Technical Skills
- Windows / Linux systems administration
- Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Backup and recovery tools
- Access control management
- Endpoint security & antivirus solutions
- IT service management tools (ticketing systems)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
