Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven IT Specialist to lead and manage our organization’s IT operations, systems, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT administration, infrastructure management, software development, database management, and cybersecurity, along with proven experience in managing enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, inventory, and logistics platforms.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee daily IT operations including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, domains, email systems, and virtualization/cloud solutions.
• Ensure system updates, patches, upgrades, and software compatibility.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure network security, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Implement IT policies, access controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.

Application & System Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (web, desktop, and mobile).
• Work on ERP, POS, inventory management, courier/logistics, and financial systems.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and system integrations.
• Support Android and Windows-based business applications.

Database Management

• Design, manage, and optimize databases using SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
• Handle database performance tuning, backups, recovery, and high availability.
• Develop stored procedures, triggers, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.

IT Support & Stakeholder Management

• Provide technical support to end users across departments.
• Act as a liaison between management, vendors, and technical teams.
• Train employees on IT systems, tools, and security best practices.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, and budgets.

Technical Skills Required

• Programming & Development: C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, PHP, Android
• Frameworks & Tools: .NET Framework, REST APIs, IIS
• Databases: SQL Server (2005–2019), Oracle, PL/SQL, Sybase
• Reporting & ETL: SSIS, SSRS
• Enterprise Systems: ERP, POS, Inventory Management Systems
• IT Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Network Devices
• Other Tools: Zoho, Bayzat, Tally, IP Telephony, Biometric Systems

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
