IT Specialist & Department Support Executive

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our team as a IT Specialist & Department Support Executive. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive assistance to our Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Customer Relations Manager (CRM), while also managing creative design, social media presence, publicity activities, and technical support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience: At least 2 years in IT support, graphic designing, or relevant fields. Experience with social media management and publicity is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong IT troubleshooting skills, familiarity with network administration, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative Skills: Advanced graphic designing capabilities and a solid understanding of social media marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assistance to RSM & CRM:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the RSM and CRM.
• Support the digital execution matters of sales and customer relations strategies.

2. Graphic Designing & Social Media:

• Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Including not limited to illustrations, logos, layouts, and other creative materials.
• Manage and enhance social media accounts, ensuring engaging content and consistent posting.
• Analyze social media performance and implement strategies for optimization.
• Can successfully design, run and supervise online campaigns, print ads, websites, videos, Carousel etc
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
• Creating images and layouts using design software.
• Testing graphics across different media.

3. Publicity Management:

• Coordinate promotional events, press releases, and publicity campaigns under the CRM's leadership.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all publicity platforms.
• Collaborating with copywriters and creative directors.
• Ensuring final designs are visually appealing and on-brand.

4. IT Support:

• Managing the organization’s technology infrastructure.
• Handle hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining servers, ensuring data security.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems providing technical support to employees.
• Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and applications
