IT Specialist / Odoo Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist / Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting users, and developing/customizing Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP system.
• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Ensure system performance, backup, and data security.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and provide solutions.
• Monitor, upgrade, and maintain IT hardware and software assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or ERP specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux.
• Experience with Odoo customization, module development, and API integration.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, firewalls, cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or proven track record in Odoo projects.
• Experience in IT support and system administration.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and DevOps practices.
