IT Support Associate

Tekboox, a US-based IT solutions company, is hiring IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and assist in ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-level support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Troubleshoot common problems such as system slowness, connectivity errors, and software malfunctions.

· Assist with password resets, email configuration, and printer setup.

· Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.

· Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

· Perform routine checks to ensure hardware and systems are running efficiently.

· Support basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and network printer configurations.

· Assist in managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or similar platforms.

· Follow IT security best practices including antivirus usage, backups, and access control.

· Log support requests and maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and standard procedures.

· Maintain IT asset inventory (devices, licenses, and accessories).

· Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and provide user assistance as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience (internship or professional) in IT support.

· Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.

Timing : (Onsite 5days a week)
