Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, network devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to user support requests via phone, ticketing system, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, accounts, and network connectivity.
- Provide clear and detailed documentation of problems, resolutions, and procedures.
- Perform basic system administration tasks (user account setup, permissions, etc.).
- Assist in rolling out new software, hardware, applications, and updates.
- Work collaboratively with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant technology trends and solutions.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- In-depth understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
