Viper Group is looking for IT Support and Customer Service Engineer who will be responsible for handling day to day tasks related to Desktop, network and other office equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Engineer will be handling the tasks on Viper's behalf at customer premises or its various offices.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, or chat, maintaining customer records in a ticketing system, escalating complex problems, and contributing to a knowledge base. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role, as is a good understanding of operating systems, networking, and various hardware and software.
  • Engineer will be required to travel / commute to different offices or may be resident at single location.
  • Preferred experience: 1 year
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English

Timings are from 8:30AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday & Saturday till 2:00PM
