IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity problems
• Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
• Support Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and repairs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA
• Experience with virtualization or basic cybersecurity practices
