This is a mid-career role require a chandiate who is graduate in IT and atleast 2 to 3 years of IT Technical support experience. In hand Experience in Deskside Support L1/L2 understanding of Active Directory, LAN/WAN/VPN, SCCM, Intune, Servicebow for asset tracking, ticket resolution, support using EUC tools and supported applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and VPN clients. Familiarity with Windows OS environments, mobile device support, and basic MAC device handling.

Responsibilities:

Manage project execution of global IT service recruitment, by coordination with clients and IT Technical Individuals.

Coordinate with Technical individuals assigned on different projects as Full Time Network Engineers, IT Support technicians and others.

Coordinate engineer dispatch for on-site tasks (SLA / NBD / project-based calls).

IT Engineer must have hand on knowledge of Desktop Support L1/L2 to take online interviews of Technical engineer at behalf of client.

Daily share reports on Project assigned, update of Support Staff attendance at Cleint premises and Project status on Pending/Inprocess.

Coordinate with IT-Recrutment team to allign IT engineer first interview for client as per client required parameters.

Become a bridge between Client, IT-Recruiters and IT Engineers capable of understanding requirements, concise and clear Parameter communicate to IT- recuiters team and allign IT Engineer/Individuals.

Requirements

1- Fluent in English Communication.

2- Must have sound knowlege of IT Network Support experience.

3- Good in meeting Timelines and followup on Ongoing projects and individual tasks.

Qualification:

Graduate in BSIT, BSCS or CCNA, CCNP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
