IT Support / Helpdesk (Gulf Air)

IT support in Gulf Air is critical because systems affect: Flights, Passengers, Airport operations. As the National Airlines of Bahrain, Gulf Air has implemented international IT standards (like ISO certifications) to ensure high-quality IT service management and strong information security, making IT roles critical to maintaining safe and efficient airline operations.

Core Tasks:

Protect airline systems from cyber threats

Monitor networks and detect vulnerabilities

Implement access controls and security policies

Ensure compliance with aviation IT standards

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff (airport + office users)

Troubleshoot:

Hardware (PCs, printers, devices)

Software issues

Network connectivity

Install & configure:

Windows systems

Business applications

Manage:

User accounts (Active Directory)

Email systems (Outlook, Microsoft tools)

Support airport systems (check-in, ticketing, boarding)

Handle IT tickets / service requests

Ensure minimal downtime for operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD1,500.000 per month

Work Location: In person
